Hoymiles, a company that offers photovoltaic and energy storage solutions, inaugurated its first overseas manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico.

Situated near the airport in the Vynmsa Industrial Park, this 6,700-square-meter complex has advanced production resources and warehouses for supplies, finished items, and printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).

The plant, which now employs 170 people, will concentrate on manufacturing microinverters, namely the HMS-2000-4T and HMS-2000DW-4T series, for use in residential and commercial solar applications.

The initial annual production target is 500,000 units, with plans for future expansion to double the output.

This move aligns with Hoymiles' "Open Energy for All" mission and its dedication to assisting renewable energy transformations throughout North and Latin America.

Dr. Yang Bo, the CEO of Hoymiles said, "The Monterrey facility is a significant milestone and demonstrates our commitment to supporting renewable energy transitions in North and Latin America. This factory will be crucial in meeting the region's growing solar and energy storage solutions needs."

Due to its proximity to markets, the facility can address local demands while improving service responsiveness, reducing delivery times, and offering competitive pricing.

This project aims to improve service efficiency, streamline operations, and fortify Hoymiles' position within the renewable energy industry in the Americas.
