India Eyes ₹8,000 Crore Clean Energy Investment at IESW 2025

India is preparing to grab clean energy investments worth more than ₹8,000 crore at the forthcoming India Energy Storage Week 2025, taking place from July 8 to 10 in New Delhi. Organized by the India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA), this event will throw a spotlight on major sectors such as electric vehicles (EVs), energy storage solutions, and green hydrogen in line with India's commitment to sustainable energy transition.
Accelerating the Green Energy Journey for India
Fortune India reported that, India Energy Storage Week 2025 aims to enable clean energy technologies manufacturing in India to become a global activity. The event shall provide a platform to announce the opening of new factories and gigafactories thereby developing domestic manufacturing capacity, and securing supply chain strength. The event is expected to have major collaborations and investments going to India's clean energy sectors with participation from over 150 international partners and more than 1,000 companies from countries like Australia, Germany, France, the U.K., Finland, Canada, the U.S.A., Israel, and South Korea.
