Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, a leading provider of renewable energy and net-zero solutions for Asia’s Commercial and Industrial (C&I) sector and backed by Brookfield, has announced a partnership with Google.
As part of this collaboration, CleanMax will spearhead the development of a hybrid energy project in India, comprising 125.4 megawatts (MW) of capacity—66 MW of solar energy in Rajasthan and 59.4 MW of wind energy in Karnataka.
These initiatives will be integrated into India’s national grid and are designed to aid in the decarbonization of Google’s cloud services and office locations across the country.

The projects are anticipated to commence commercial operations in Q4 2025 and generate 350,000 million kWh of carbon-free energy annually.
The projects will help reduce CO2 emissions by nearly 250,000 tons each year, which is equivalent to planting around 14.7 million trees per year.
