Hygreen Energy, an electrolyzer manufacturer, announced that it has signed a strategic agreement with Coxabengoa, a vertically integrated water and energy utility, to advance hydrogen technology and expand electrolyzer solutions in Europe and production capacity.
All upgrades listed will boost the development of the European hydrogen project.
As per the announcement, the strategic agreement highlights numerous initiatives to collaborate on hydrogen generation in Europe.
The initiatives include developing a European industrial platform through which the two companies will improve hydrogen technologies and local production and supply hydrogen production systems from Andalusia in Spain.
The strategic agreement has been in the works for almost over a year. This agreement marks an important step for both companies.
It’s a crucial milestone in Coxabengoa’s dedication to sustainable development through renewable energy, particularly green hydrogen.
Simultaneously, this deal positions Hygreen Energy to swiftly enhance its industrial capabilities within the European market, facilitating its global expansion.
It also allows Hygreen Energy to extend its commercial influence and advance its innovations in hydrogen technologies.

Additionally, this collaboration will foster the growth of a more extensive regional hydrogen economy and create numerous skilled jobs in Andalusia, supporting the Andalusian government’s strategy to develop a comprehensive regional value chain.
