Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) announced the deployment of the Advanced Reservoir 360 (AR360) solution developed by AIQ in collaboration with SLB, across more than 30 of its reservoirs.
This follows the successful initial deployment of AR360 in early 2024 at ADNOC’s Bab and Umm Shaif fields.
AR360, an AI-powered solution, aligns with ADNOC’s ENERGYai strategy, which aims to utlise artificial intelligence and digital technologies to improve reservoir management and optimise field development.
it integrates artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to streamline reservoir management, reducing planning times and boosting well productivity and recovery rates.

By optimising the balance between drilling new wells, enhancing the performance of existing ones, and managing injection and production volumes, AR360 supports ADNOC in extracting more energy with lower emissions.
Saif Al Kindy, ADNOC Upstream Executive Director, said, “The integration of AR360 across more of our reservoirs is a testament to our success in harnessing AI and advanced technologies to unlock more value from our natural resources.”
He added, “Building on decades of investment in innovation and technology, we will continue to accelerate the deployment of AI solutions from the control room to the boardroom as we responsibly meet the growing global energy demand.”

Unlike traditional reservoir forecasting technologies, AR360 integrates all data on a single platform, enabling faster, more accurate, and proactive decision-making.
This positions AR360 as a transformative tool for the energy sector.
ADNOC has implemented over 30 AI tools to enhance safety, reduce emissions, and improve overall efficiency.
