Revelop, a Swedish real estate company specializing in transforming underperforming brown assets into sustainable, high-performance properties, partnered with Myrspoven to improve its buildings’ energy efficiency. The collaboration has achieved a 40% reduction in energy use and improved the Nattvakterna office buildings’ EPC rating from D to B.
Achieving Energy Efficiency with AI
The Nattvakterna office buildings in Stockholm struggled with high energy use and inefficiency, common issues in older office properties. Revelop’s sustainability strategy optimizes existing infrastructure to improve energy efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and extend building lifespan.
Revelop partnered with Myrspoven to introduce advanced AI-driven energy optimization. Following infrastructure upgrades, including a new plant room and modernized ventilation with cooling, the myCoreAI platform was implemented at Nattvakterna.
