Exowatt Unveils New Modular Energy Solutions at RE+ 2024 Event
Exowatt, a renewable energy company, announced the launch of its leading product, the Exowatt P3, at the RE+ 2024 event in Anaheim, California.
This modular energy solution is designed to meet the increasing energy requirements of data centers and other energy-intensive industries.
The launch follows Exowatt’s securement of a $20 million seed round from investors like a16z, Atomic, and Sam Altman.
A system for producing and storing energy, the Exowatt P3 provides both dispatchable power and high-temperature thermal energy.
Its modular, scalable design allows flexible deployment for a variety of commercial and industrial applications.
The device uses solar energy harnessing technology to store energy in a long-lasting sensible heat battery.
For projects like data centers, the Exowatt P3 can reduce energy costs and CO2 emissions at the cost of fewer than 4 cents per kilowatt-hour.

The system’s built-in 24-hour energy storage ensures consistent, on-demand energy, addressing intermittency challenges common with traditional renewable energy sources.
Hannan Parvizian, the CEO of Exowatt said, “We are revolutionizing sustainable energy delivery with the Exowatt P3, a game-changing solution in clean energy technology.”
She added, “The P3 is the world’s first modular full-stack energy solution that delivers reliable, low-cost energy solutions for AI-driven data centers and industrial applications. Exowatt is committed to driving innovation and sustainability in the energy industry, and our technology will play a central role in the global energy supply.”
