Brussels Airport Company is significantly ramping up efforts to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2030, aiming to eliminate all carbon dioxide emissions (scopes 1 to 3) within seven years.
Since 2018, the company has been carbon neutral for its operations, using green energy for all its buildings, infrastructure, and vehicles.
Brussels Airport Company supports green projects in Asia to offset any remaining emissions, following international guidelines.

Kale Logistics Solutions and NorthLink Aviation have entered into a memorandum of understanding to develop a comprehensive digital strategy for enhancing cargo infrastructure at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.
This initiative aims to support NorthLink’s goal of expanding Anchorage as a key logistics hub for cross-border e-commerce by optimizing industry standards.
Meanwhile, Brussels Airport Company had initially committed to achieving Net Zero Carbon by 2050 (for scopes 1 and 2) under the ACI Europe framework.
However, this target will now be expedited, leveraging the airport’s strategic location and integrating infrastructure, technology, and services to enhance profitability for its clients.
