Powur PBC announced a three-year partnership with ProLux Energy, an EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) company serving Illinois and Arizona.
This collaboration aims to advance the solar industry by enabling ProLux Energy to expand its business and focus on sales and leadership using Powur’s innovative enterprise platform.
The partnership will enable ProLux Energy to leverage Powur’s enterprise platform, which provides essential tools for sales enablement, project fulfillment, and administrative operations.
This platform allows ProLux Energy to streamline its operations, significantly reduce overhead costs, and scale its business to meet the growing demand for solar energy solutions in Illinois and Arizona.
This partnership marks Powur’s second major collaboration, following a similar agreement with Hawaii Unified.
Powur’s decentralized, low-overhead model is intended to enhance efficiency in the solar industry, which has faced challenges due to rising interest rates and regulatory changes.

Flexibility and Efficiency
The platform offers flexibility, allowing companies like ProLux Energy and Hawaii Unified to maintain control over key aspects of their business while benefiting from streamlined processes.
ProLux Energy recently merged with SolarShips Installation Services, consolidating sales and installation capabilities for the Illinois market.
Jonathan Budd, the Powur CEO said “It’s going to be the best regional EPCs in every single market locking arms in these multi-year integrated partnerships with the most epic platform this industry has ever seen, and all of us aligned on the direction we’re going.”Â

Platform Capabilities
Powur’s platform enables contractors to efficiently expand their sales teams, streamline operations, and enhance profitability by addressing gaps in the sales, financing, procurement, and storage processes.
Contractors can choose which aspects of the platform to utilise, such as Powur’s sales team or their own, or connect with site surveyors through the platform.
With an estimated $350 million in potential revenue from its new partnerships with ProLux Energy and Hawaii Unified, Powur aims to become one of the top three solar companies in the world within the next three years.
